One of the important tools often used in systems thinking and by the learning organization is strategic planning. Simply put, this approach identifies where the organization wants to be at some point in the future and how it is going to get there. Strategic planning determines the mission, philosophy, and goals of the organization and the design and roles of how to achieve these essential guiding principles. The plan sets performance goals, specifies objectives, defines roles, and allocates resources to achieve the plan, and then sets guidelines for how you will know when you have gotten to where you wanted to be. As a school Principal I now have the understanding the skills as how to manage my institution in an effective and productive manner,moreover to instill the 21st century skills in my students,teachers and school can be done in an appropriate way.

My overall experience was good and quite satisfactory. The chapters which were included in the course were well-explained.Though the hands-on experience to the topics were missing. The evaluation process for our assessments were not that much satisfactory. I know it is grade based but it will be helpful if I get to know the marks. I am working as Senior Curriculum Developer and Teacher Trainer in Birla Edutech Limited, Mumbai.

It was a wonderful experience as it helps me understanding the core areas in a school administration.
