Overall the course has been good. The assessments were interesting although the word limit often prevents including all the required elements for the highest grades. I would suggest extending the word limits or reducing the requirements for the highest grades.

Through this course I came across many useful tips and guidance to deal with my students in the inclusive classroom where I am teaching. In fact I had no ideas of these things earlier. Pursuing my Master of Arts in Education with Leadership and Administration has been a truly transformative experience. This program deepened my understanding of what it means to lead with purpose, vision, and empathy within an educational setting. Through engaging modules, case studies, and reflective practice, I gained valuable insights into strategic planning, curriculum development, teacher leadership, and the dynamics of school management.
One of the most enriching aspects was the balance between theory and practical application. I learned how to foster a positive school culture, support teacher growth, and make data-informed decisions to improve student outcomes. The discussions with educators from diverse backgrounds further broadened my perspective and helped me appreciate the different leadership styles that can drive meaningful change.
This journey not only strengthened my leadership skills but also inspired me to be a more reflective and compassionate educator—someone who can motivate others, embrace innovation, and build inclusive learning communities.
I am truly grateful to the Asian College of Teachers in collaboration with East Bridge University, Paris, for designing such a well-structured and empowering program that equips educators like me to grow as effective and visionary leaders.

I initially felt anxious and overwhelmed, worrying about making mistakes. As the course progressed, I became confident and learnt to balance reading and working on the assignments in a flowing manner. The fair grading gave me confidence and motivation to continue. I found the modules to be interesting and useful in my line of work. I am proud of myself in completing the degree and most of all graduating.
