As an online course, initially, I had doubts and hesitation in attending. However, once the session commenced, it was very effective and provided a dynamic learning experience, especially through group learning and presentations. Both trainers, Arpi Mam and Rimpa Mam, ensured that I was engaged and received what I was supposed to get. Special thanks to them!
