I like the way the course has been structured. It helped me to understand the challenges that any school faces. Why planning is important and the strategies to execute it. My experience was quite a smooth one. I found the content quite informative though a bit practical scenarios would have made things more interesting. The assignment in the beginning seemed fine but the pattern became monotonous for the 2nd and 3rd module. I am trainer at Asian College of Teachers.
