This course helped me enhance my knowledge of educational leadership, school improvement, reflective practice, and the role of leaders in creating a positive learning culture. It enabled me to effectively integrate theory with practice in my own school setting. Through the modules, assignments, and reflective tasks, I was able to critically analyse my professional practice and leadership approach. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to my coordinator, who provided excellent guidance and support throughout my Capstone Project and patiently addressed my many queries. One of the most valuable aspects of the course was the detailed evaluation and constructive feedback provided for each assignment. The feedback helped me identify areas for improvement and continuously enhance the quality of my work, which I truly appreciate.

Initially, I found the course and studying process very challenging because I am 48 and have not studied anything in years. Over time, I developed a comfortable routine and genuinely anticipated the opportunity to dive into the next book or module and complete the subsequent assignment.
