Overall I had a wonderful experience . The first session with Sanjib Sir was an icebreaker since we indirectly got to know each other and this helped in relating with leadership from different perspectives. The session with Maragaret Ma'am was very informative as she discussed the qualities of a leader & as for session by Kuhu Ma'am we got to learn and refresh the etiquette's to follow as a leader.She opened up my thoughts about different leadership styles. Since its just been 7 years that I've started working in the field of Education I always believe that there is a door open for improvements in the educational system and we do not have to follow the stereotype method. These sessions have been a great source of encouragement. Thank you
