I liked the course a lot.. different and useful information regarding teaching and how things can be implemented and improved.. everything is covered. Webinars and live workshops are the best. Trainers are really good and helpful and their content is good too. They keep the whole conversation very active and lively.. course coordinator is very helpful too. Whenever any query was there, she has helped me out.. I am very happy with the course.

My experience with the university has been excellent overall. The course coordinators are supportive, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist, making the learning process smooth and engaging. The self-paced courses provide flexibility, allowing for effective time management alongside other commitments. Grading is fair and accompanied by detailed, constructive feedback that aids in understanding and improvement. However, there is room for improvement in communication response times. Additionally, it would be helpful if webinar schedules were emailed well in advance, giving students adequate time to prepare and plan for upcoming sessions.

I am 100% honest when I say that my experience with ACT has been amazing. Initially when I approach ACT for the TEFL course, I was absolutely clueless as to what it was and how was it structured. Ms. Bani, my counselor from ACT, was super kind and helpful. She guided me step by step and answered each and every question I had. My trainer Ms. Megha Basu was amazing with us, her teaching skills were amazing, nobody was left out, She made sure that everyone participated and I found it the best. I always looked forward for the TEFL class bubbling with excitement to learn something new each day.
