After the introduction session in the first class I realised that compared to my peers I was a total nobody. I thought it's going to be hard to follow and made up my mind to be more dedicated and take the course more seriously. But I didn't have to struggle much because both my trainer and my classmates helped me out a lot. I never felt left back. With each day of class I started realising how much time and effort teaching demanded. To be frank, I even had some second thoughts about my ambition. It was my trainer who showed me how well demands of the job can be handled with a little organization skills and dedication. I will be always thankful to her and the institute for being a very important part in my journey to become a successful teacher. The classes were both fun and enlightening. We had several sessions by a bunch of excellent and experienced trainers. Apart from the classroom setting we were also put in separate breakout rooms for discussing assignments, which helped in developing and polishing skills such as teamwork and communication skills. I gained a lot of experience and knowledge and I can't wait to share it with a class which I'm pretty sure will find both entertaining and helpful

It was a wonderful experience having completed the course with a lot of insights to make learning enjoyable, a lot of fun-filled activities using various digital resources and getting access to the process of learning happening around the world. My experience with TEFL has been memorable and smooth so far.I thank all the coordinators mainly Jiya and my trainer Ms.June for being helpful in guiding us and responding to us immediately to clarify doubts.Ms.June has been a true inspiration for us to attend our sessions every week with joy.She has imparted learning with good experience of joy,knowledge sharing and shown us how dedicated an educator can be whatever the situation might be.Lesson plans,warm ups and every tip given was done in a well planned and a thoughtful way. I wish to have continued support in terms of my goal to get placed as an online trainer initially for students abroad and later work in person and get the best knowledge, experience and exposure.

I wanted to take-up TESOL course in order to upgrade my teaching skills and there were many options but ACT caught my attention and when I requested a query about the admission process, eligibility I received an immediate response from Amrita Ma'am. She was patient enough to answer all my queries and guided me throughout the completion of the course. Our coordinator Mandira ma'am was also helpful. The guest lectures were insightful. Our trainer June ma'am was just exceptional. Her enthusiasm, energy and zeal to train us kept us energetic all along.  I am grateful to ACT, June ma'am and my batch mates for being so helpful and supportive.

The TEFL course has been insightful in understanding the specific needs of learners depending on their learning levels. As a teaching professional, the course has solidified my understanding of existing pedagogical strategies while simultaneously providing me with opportunities to comprehend and experiment with new strategies. Identifying the factors involved in the learning challenges of ESL and EFL students has been a very meaningful exercise for me. The course components/modules have been curated thoughtfully and this has allowed me to take stock of where I stand as a trainee after each session. Apart from learning about various teaching methods and the factors governing their efficacy; I have also been able to further understand the need to apply these methods with sensitivity and empathy with respect to the needs of the learners. For example, the requirements of the virtual classroom have to be tailored very differently from that of the physical classroom. On the other hand, the meticulously detailed lesson plan template has helped to align my existing knowledge with newly taught strategies which will remain beneficial for me in the long run as an educator. However, I have also come to understand that Tefl teaching is an extremely challenging platform as it is creative and enterprising. Hence, the need for persistent planning and presence of mind stands as a constant. It has especially provided me with an opportunity to shed certain inhibitions which has been a productive experience for me especially as this course has presented me with the opportunity to meet and collaborate with like minded peers and fellow educators.

As I embarked on a journey without much thought, I am glad to have taken this TEFL program. The program has introduced me to various tools that could be incorporated in teaching. This course gives a comprehensive view of the resources used in teaching. I had an excellent facilitator in June ma'am who really made the learning enjoyable. I feel better equipped after this course completion. I would recommend this course as it provides good scope to enhance teaching skills. Very insightful and interactive sessions. As I was looking for professional development courses, I came across TEFL. After receiving all the details, I immediately signed up for the course. Every session brought in a surprise element with lots of insight and learning. The sessions were well planned and executed. Prior intimations were given in case of any change. Ms. June is by far one of the best trainers I have come across. Natural talent coupled with unwavering patience and genuine passion, true dedication to the profession and paving the way for a better online classroom experience with different teaching techniques characterises Ms. June's training effectiveness. She has kept us motivated through the course and appreciated the smallest of our achievements. Apart from the course content, I have many life lessons too. The warmers, course content, pre tasks, session preparations, breakout room tasks, tasks during sessions are worth appreciation. My peers were like a support system.
