Organized learning environment enhances efficiency?. I think it's a new perspective to me. And for the children they need to learn things in a disciplined environment as well. People sometimes wrongly assume that fostering creativity means allowing kids to freely do anything they want at anytime with anyone and anywhere.I think it's true but it's not true all the time. Being organized and disciplined as a teacher will help the class gear towards the same direction that fosters the necessary condition for learning, for efforts and endeavors, and more training patience. Patience contributes to creativity too so patience needs to be trained and instilled in our students too.

As the proverb goes - Knowledge is Power ,I believe there is no end to learning .The study material sent by you was very informative and helpful. It helped me to refresh , recall and apply in my day to day routine. I was initially tensed regarding the MCQ 's but was pleasantly surprised. Submitting the assignments was made relatively easy as the course material and links given was more than sufficient .The evaluation process was satisfactory. It was a nice experience but it needed to be more challenging. I learned lots of skills that broadened my understanding of the the skills that a leader needs to run an educational institution. However, I felt that the course needs to be more challenging as the assignments were direct and only required surface understanding of the content. Additionally, there should have been some sort of exposure to the educational and academic skills that a leader needs. I am working in Al Resalah International School of Science in Sharjah/ UAE.
