The overall experience of the course was good. The self-paced learning structure made it convenient to balance learning with my other responsibilities. I also appreciate the support of my coordinator who was responsive and helpful. However, to further enhance the course, i would suggest to add more images and animations to make the chapters fun for reading and include real-life classroom videos to provide practical insights, as online learning can sometimes lack hands-on experience.

Overall, I had a positive experience with this course. The content was well-structured and relevant, especially in helping me understand educational leadership and decision making.
