Completing a course here in ACT was a memorable experience. Online mode worked great for me. Everyone involved, starting from the project coordinator to the course coordinator and everyone else, were very quick to respond to any queries that I had and were extremely professional. I can say that I learnt a lot of things and feel more confident now. The paperless mode worked best for me as the ACT online portal website was great, user friendly and easy to navigate. Would love to do more courses in the future to improve my skills!!!

The sessions were interactive, informative and encouraged brain storming. the content was helpful especially the videos. The trainers/ educators were very organised in taking sessions and were keen in encouraging discussions as well as sharing of ideas. Group activities were insightful too. The overall process starting from fee payment to postal login as well as resources and assignment was smooth.

Overall accomplishing and rewarding. The course gave an insight to various perspectives of educational management, leadership and administration. The study materials was designed in simple but comprehensive way. Language adopted was simple and clear. Case studies provided opportunities to analyze and reflect. That was a rewarding experience. The topics included were interesting and in logical sequence. Hence the knowledge experience was in continuum. Assignments were exciting and informative. The evaluation process was prompt and constructive. The course coordinator replied to queries very promptly and politely. The collection of case studies is in itself a good resource for prospective leaders in education. The course gives a framework for the aspiring leaders to prioritize effectively for better student learning. The concise nature of a few critical topics is commendable. The back end videos are enhancing the concept attainment. A chapter on biographies of famous educational leaders can add on to the quality course materials.
