The guidelines of how to go about with the course is well structured and streamlined. Through this course I was made aware what personality and qualities a leader should possess in order to guide, mentor and lead his/her team and organisation. This is my first online course and I was a little apprehensive. The moment I inquired, the kind of support and guidance I got from the staff was very encouraging and reassuring. I even got an advice on which course will benefit me the most . It was commendable. The content of the course was very interesting and I could relate to it as a teacher. In fact I was very keen to go through the content. The team was very approachable and the response on queries and other matters was very quick. It has been a comprehensive one. I had to research and relate with the questions I had to focus on. In the process I got to learn as well as look at certain things more minutely, things which I had overlooked. It's a different environment over here so some of the ideas I wanted to implement could not be taken. I therefore focused only on the aspects that required immediate attention and the course gave me a scope to work on my ideas and observations.
