I benefited from the course material of Module 1 immensely. However, Modules 2 and 3 needed more thought in content and context. I have gained insight into the decision making of an educational institution and also learnt about the importance of the administrative aspect in educational institutions.

God gave us eyes.ACT showed us the skies thanks a lot to Nina maa'm for giving insight regarding assignment .I feel proud to share my skills have sharpen and now I am having a go greater attitude . This course equipped me with all issues in curriculum making and content requirement.Also i am now very clear about recruitment strategies. As a coordinator how i have to balance between management and fellow teachers ,it is very clearly mentioned in this course.

I am happy with course content. It gives a good idea about the management duties and responsibilities and also helps to understand coordinator job role . It actually gives a fair idea about the appraisal recruitment and contingency plan for the schools to survive along with the issues to be managed by the school.It gives a individual a good idea to understand how to deal with staff and parent's.I am very happy with this course. I had previously done PG in PPTT from ACT and this time again ACT has helped me gain knowledge. Thanks ACT once again.

Hello every one I am Ms. Moushumi Dutta from Delhi. I recently completed my Post Graduation Diploma on “Education Leadership and Management” from this prestigious institution Asian college of teachers. I have been associated with this institution for the last one year and have had a very knowledgeable and satisfying journey. My course Coordinator and the other members of the team were very cooperative & approachable. The assignments were uploaded and checked on time. I had a very smooth transition from one assignment to the other. I had also been informed regarding upcoming new courses & workshops periodically. This institution offers several courses that can help a teacher build a strong foundation to become a mentor,guide, and a leader. Kudos to the team of mentors for their effort and praiseworthy work.
