Overall, the responses from the ACT team were prompt and efficient, which I appreciate. However, I was not informed about the number of coursework and assignments required prior to enrollment. This information was only shared after I had enrolled, which felt a bit too late for proper planning. Additionally, webinar dates should be communicated well in advance. As a working adult, I need sufficient time to arrange my schedule, especially since travel may be required. Providing earlier notice would greatly improve the overall experience.
