Guiding the students in linking the aptitude and additive of the students in choosing the career will be easier. We can be helpful in creating relationships both academic and social to make things smoother for the student. I always wanted to do a counselling course because I am a good listener and I knew I could be helpful somewhere to someone as I am also in the teaching field. I could not find a better time to do this than now during my maternity leave. Though I am not planning to be a full fledged counselor, I would like to be available for students or friends who need a listener.
