In the Assignments, slight examples were given that elaborated what exactly was being asked of you. It was very helpful. All phases were useful in understanding the material. However, in most phases there were moments when re-reading was necessary due to run on sentences or lack of commas. - I really liked the PDF readings - it really enhanced the knowledge for each content, and the questions catered to what was being read. I found that the last assignment 8 was a bit confusing. I had a hard time finding reading material at my local library, but after emailing our tutor Diana, I was able to get online resources. I received very good feedback. I really enjoyed this short online assignment. Through the reading material and visual content provided, I was able to grasp a better understanding of teaching and what it means to be an effective teacher. I found the Phase 3 activities to be the most useful because they pushed me to think through each of the parts of a lesson and how they might fit together. I could then use this later in the course when putting together plans for other phases. The phase 6 chapter was too long. The business English portion was the least useful because it was repetitive of some of the ESP information. I think this phase should be condensed. I was very satisfied with my feedback and found it very helpful. This experience was very informative and introduced a lot of useful methodologies. It covered the basics and introduced a different perspective that is useful for teachers to consider.

The aspect of the course I found most useful was in the variety of topics covered. I found the lesson plan outlines, scenario responses, and Business English topics to be unique for the program. All of these topics became addressed in phases 5-8. I actually felt that there may have been too many lesson plan formats asked to complete for some of the phases. I enjoyed typing up one or two lesson plans, but later it became a bit repetitive. Diana (my trainer) was quick to respond to any assignment. I had plenty of time to complete the phases and felt that the feedback was authentic. Every response made it feel as if this person was taking my perspective into consideration. The limits of learning language are the limits of one's goals.

I found lesson planning and the concept of planning for the age and language level most useful. The Need Based Language Learning and Classroom Management phases were the least useful. The former addresses Business English, which I do not plan to teach. The ladder was an interesting topic to be, but never actually taught how one should address it. My trainer (Diana) was able to provide feedback rather quickly, which gave me confidence in what I submitted. I enjoyed the assignment that they had us do for each topic, and I feel the 120-hour course simply exposes someone to teaching elements; one needs much more information. I now know how to write a detailed lesson plan! I also like the way the course made suggestions on what activities and how to teach young children the four skills of language. The aspect I found most useful from the course was the helpful guidance in constructing a lesson plan with the integration of all four development skills. I also appreciated the introduction of classroom management. I found the content in Phase 6 to be the least useful because it involved very specific curriculum and situations that I am not familiar with. USA- The last few phases of the course seemed the most beneficial. Global Training Academy's guidance in lesson preparation will be extraordinarily helpful in the classroom. Only at times, the readings did not point very clearly or fully towards what was required to complete the exercises. Mostly, however, it was ok. 'm glad I did these 3 courses, as they showed me some things I didn't previously know, as well as reminding me to think about some things that I don't use in my present job but which I had learnt a bit about years ago.
